These submissions were presented to the UNFCCC Article 6.4 Supervisory Body at its fifteenth meeting in response to a formal call for stakeholder input on security interest arrangements in the mechanism registry. Together they constitute a three-part technical, legal, and financial analysis of the proposed pledge system, covering blockchain-based collateral management, ISO 14064 compliance, and investor protection across 50+ registry platforms. Relevant to carbon market infrastructure specialists, international financial lawyers, and UNFCCC registry practitioners.
